Problem Note 65336: SAS® stops responding when you specify both the INSERTBUFF= and BULKLOAD= options in the LIBNAME statement with SAS/ACCESS® Interface to MySQL

When you specify both the INSERTBUFF= and BULKLOAD= options in the LIBNAME statement, SAS stops responding and you might receive the following error:
The SAS task name is [APPEND]
ERROR: Read Access Violation APPEND
